Ramone "BabeeLoc" Darwin, also known as the Pioneer of "West Coast Gangster Reggae" was born December 22, 1975 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Now residing in Oceanside, California, he is a true one-of-a-kind phenomenon to hit the music industry in a very long time. He started his career at a very young age and being raised in the streets of Southern California, Babeeloc has developed an entire new genre of music called “ West Coast Gangster Reggae”, and has created a lane of his own. As an artist whom has no Jamaican roots, he has crafted and perfected a style of Reggae which is very hardcore and uncanny. His unique metaphors and artistic word-play makes his music undeniably one to recon with. His music has that authentic Reggae, dance hall influence with a little bit of that G-Funk style, which appeals to such a wide rang of audiences. His fan base ranges in ages between 10 to age 50. He is highly respected in the music industry for his creativity and style, yet holds true to his street persona. He is his own inspiration and has the ability to set the bar high for other artist to hit outside the box and bring a different kind of flavor to the hip hop game world wide.
