Alongside her husband, Jerry B. Long Jr. (Kokane), Alicia has 35+ years of profound experience navigating the complexities of the music business. Having witnessed firsthand the struggles and restrictive politics that artists often endure, she and Jerry were inspired to build a transformative platform. Together, they established Bud E Boy Entertainment as a creative sanctuary—an independent label where artists from all genres are empowered to express themselves freely and maintain creative control.
A proud mother of eight children, she operates the family empire alongside her husband and her son, Digital Executive Anajee Long. She has successfully woven her family’s talents into the fabric of the business, with her daughter, Aanisah Long, shining as a standout recording artist on the Bud E Boy roster.
